June 11 - 13 | Nairobi, Kenya
Why is OSEAS charging a registration fee?
To enhance your experience and ensure spaces are reserved for committed participants, this year’s symposium will include a modest € 75 registration fee, € 50 for early registration (closes February 28) partly covering event costs as well as poster and hackathon awards.
A limited number of waivers will be available to maintain inclusivity.
This event remains nonprofit and fully dedicated to advancing open-source innovation in energy access.
How can I access a registration fee waiver?
We have a limited number of waivers available, reserved for individuals who genuinely cannot afford the registration fee. If you wish to apply for a waiver, please email oseas@enaccess.org with a brief explanation (under 200 words) detailing why you are requesting free registration and why you should be considered. Kindly note that we are unable to cover travel or accommodation expenses.
